A marked IgE-binding intensity was found around 13, 14, 17, 30, 35, 50 and 55 kDa for Blomia tropicalis in the majority of subjects, and around 14–16 kDa mainly for patients with mild–moderate asthma and a more heterogenous repertoire including 14–16, 25, 40 and 50 kDa for Lepidoglyphus destructor in severe asthmatics.
