This figure shows the unique classification checkpoints in the targeted spike gene from base nucleotides 23,735 to 23,532, which covers the part of the spike gene including the receptor-binding domain (RBD) and provides 798 base pairs for PCR. The primers for the first PCR are shown in the green triangle, and those for the second PCR are in the brown triangle.
