The molecular weight of the different metabolites used in the conversion to SI units is as follows: 2OHE₁ and 16αOHE₁, 286.4; 2MeOE₁, 284.4; and E₃, 288.4. The conversion factors for urinary Cr and serum E₂ are 88.4 and 3.671, respectively. Values are the mean ± SE [range].
