(A) Cardiomyocyte cell cycle activity was examined by immunostaining for Ki67 expression and BrdU incorporation in TnT-positive cells. (B) dECM microparticles significantly increased the percentage of Ki67+ cardiomyocytes compared to MI-control. (C) Both dECM microparticles and dECM hydrogel precursor promoted significant cardiomyocyte BrdU incorporation compared to MI-control.
