The proportion of genotypes for each population. Two phenotypes: Resistant (R)—mosquitoes that did not die 24 h after exposure, and Susceptible (S)—mosquitoes were dead 24 h after the exposure. Mosquitoes with the genotypes SS, SR1, and SR2 are phenotypically susceptible. Mosquitoes with the genotypes R1R1, R1R2, and R2R2 are phenotypically resistant, but the resistance levels are different, with the R2R2 genotype giving the highest level of resistance. Mosquitoes were genotyped via qPCR using primer and probes described in Supplementary Table S1.
