MPEG1-1 notably inhibited the synthesis of miR-766-5p in PTC cells

(A) Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) assay was applied to detect the co-localization of lncRNA. (B) Expression levels of miR-644-3p, miR-670-5p, miR-579-3p, and miR-766-5p in Nthy-ori 3-1, TPC1, and BCPAP cells, respectively, were analyzed by real-time PCR.
