Interactions of ligands under 3.5 Å in length are depicted, hydrogen bonds are shown in yellow, close contacts in blue, and C-H…π interactions are shown in grey. It is visible that in structures with 6BnS-2Cl-Pu and 6BnO-2Cl-Pu purine ring is oriented in such a way that the five-membered ring is closer to the viewer, while in the two remaining structures the purine ring is flipped.
