LDA assessment of TC microbiota between PLUGT patients and controls. Based on the controls, LDA analysis is conducted to screen potential biomarkers related to PLUGT with common TCs: (a) Y-thin group, (b) W-thick group, (c) Y-thin group, and (d) Y-thick group.
