In vivo treatment paradigm used in these studies. Mice 7–8 weeks of age were injected (i.p.) with 150 mg/kg CP or saline on Day 0, followed on Days 1, 2, and 3 with i.p. injections of the various SPMs at 25 µg/kg or PBS. On Day 4, mice were analyzed for the various endpoints reported.
