RvE1 reduces the CP-induced increase in TGF-β and Collagen 1 gene expression in urothelia. Mice were subjected to the treatment paradigm shown in Figure 1. RNA was then isolated from urothelia, reverse transcribed and subjected to qPCR using the primers and conditions reported in the Methods section. Values were normalized to GAPDH and reported as fold-change in gene expression relative to control (Con) untreated values (ΔΔCt).
