BMI quartile cutpoints were as follows: 25th percentile, 23.2 kg/m²; 50th percentile, 25.8 kg/m²; and 75th percentile, 28.9 kg/m². WC quartile cutpoints for women were as follows: 25th percentile, 76 cm; 50th percentile, 84.2 cm; and 75th percentile, 94.9 cm.
