Cine images from a free breathing SSFP sequence were obtained over 3.5 minutes with four sequential coronal slices acquired with 110 dynamic phases per slice (30s/slice, 272ms/phase). Inflamed bowel is depicted as thickened and narrowed loops of ileum with decreased peristalsis (red arrows), in contrast with normal-appearing bowel loops elsewhere (yellow arrows).
