ΔR² represents the additional variance accounted for by all the variables in a step. Regression statistics given with relevant variables at a step in the prediction equation (i.e., Age Group at Step 1, and all four variables at Step 2). Age group was treated as a dichotomous variable (young vs. older adults) in the regression.
