The full study sample included members continuously enrolled from July 1, 2019, through December 31, 2020. These unadjusted rates are reported as the number of telehealth-eligible ambulatory encounters per enrollee that took place during the study period (July to December). Percentages represent the proportion of encounters that took place via telehealth. Note that all rows were calculated at the encounter level and that all the per persons columns include all enrollees whether or not they used any services.
