After natural log transformation of the data, statistical comparisons were done using analysis of variance (ANOVA) with follow-up pairwise tests adjusted for multiple comparisons using the Tukey procedure. The recovery of CFT073 from ciprofloxacin-treated mice was significantly lower in the urine and kidneys than the vehicle control-treated mice. Otherwise, there were no significant differences among the groups.
