Two sketches illustrate the major change of the role of VIS in the SCRC modelling workflow during the initial discussion. The symbols “V” in pink circles indicate the needs for VIS. The discussion helped establish the need for visualisation capacities not only for dissemination of modelling results but also, perhaps more importantly, for many processes during model development and improvement.
