Data Collection – qPCR and Calcium measurement data was collected from computer. Western blot images were scanned and analysed with ImageJ. All other data was recorded manually on an excel file and processed accordingly.

Description of data collection Androgen sensitive prostate cancer cell line, LNCaP, was subject to (1) DMSO vehicle or ADT Bicalutamide (2) 10 days (LNCaP-ADT) or (3) 2 years (LNCaP-ABL).
