Interview with shelter staff	Tell me about the last few months – how have things been at the agency? What changed for you the most in your everyday work practice as a result of COVID-19? How was the timeline from when the pandemic started, to now? If you were giving your ED, or other shelters, advice right now about what changes to keep and what to get rid of, what would you say? How have these changes impacted your clients? Are there new stresses in your work, due to COVID-19 or other factors, that make it harder to care for your clients or yourself?
Focus group with EDs	How are things going for you in your shelter/service? What did you learn very quickly when COVID-19 restrictions emerged? What are the decision processes now? What is unique about values-based work? What have the big changes been? What lessons have you learned from COVID-19?
