Standard of Care for High Grade Glioma for patients with good performance Scale:

  • Surgery

  • Chemotherapy with TMZ (75mg/m^2 per day 7 days per week during radiotherapy followed by maintenance dosing of 150–200 mg/m^2 for 5 days on 2 off in a 28 day cycle)

  • Radiation to the resection 60Gy 6 weeks (fractionated at 2Gy given 5x per week)

  • TTF

Standard of Care for High Grade Glioma for patients with poor performance Scale:

  • Surgery/Biopsy for tissue diagnosis

  • Chemotherapy with TMZ (75mg/m^2 per day 7 days per week during radiotherapy followed by maintenance dosing of 150–200 mg/m^2 for 5 days on 2 off in a 28 day cycle)

  • Palliative Radiation (30 Gy whole brain)
