HY6-F9 protects against further fentanyl challenges. One week after initial fentanyl challenge, rats (Fig. 1) were challenged with 0.2 mg/kg of fentanyl (s.c.), and monitored for (A) antinociception, (B) oxygen saturation, (C) heart rate, and (D) breath rate.
