Some signals in the Wnt/β-catenin pathway by anti-signaling antibodies or intervening in their gene transcription to inhibit hepatocellular carcinoma growth. Using anti-signaling molecule antibodies or intervening in their gene transcription to inhibit Wnt/β-catenin pathway activation could suppress proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells or HCC growth. GPC-3: Glypican-3; HCC: Hepatocellular carcinoma; sCLU: Secretory clusterin; TCF: T-cell factor; SULF2: Sulfatase 2; pGSK3β: Phosphorylated glycogen synthase kinase 3β.
