Figure 2

Internalized cfDNA-OLP Induced Inflammation. (A) The expression of inflammatory genes in THP-1 macrophages was measured by qPCR. THP-1 macrophages were treated with cfDNA-OLP and cfDNA-Health for 24 h. (B) Western blotting was performed to quantify the expression of TNF-α, IL-6, and IFN-α in THP-1 macrophages after 24 h of incubation with cfDNA-OLP and cfDNA-Health. (C) THP-1 macrophages and HOKs were treated with cfDNA-OLP and cfDNA-Health for 24 h, the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the supernatants were detected by ELISA. (D) THP-1 macrophages were treated with cfDNA-OLP and cfDNA-Health at same doses (200 ng/5 × 105 cells) for 24 h, the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the supernatants were detected by ELISA. The data are mean ± SEM (*P<0.05, **P<0.01, ***P<0.001). ns, not significant.
