PAMAM-G3 Neutralized Inflammation Induced by cfDNA-OLP. (A) Viability of THP-1 macrophages incubated with PAMAM-G3 at concentrations of 0–200 mg/ml for 24 h was measured using CCK-8. (B) After treatment with cfDNA-OLP for 4 h, THP-1 macrophages were incubated with PAMAM-G3 (25 μg/ml) for 24 h, and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the supernatants of THP-1 macrophages were determined by ELISA.
