Non-senescent and senescent-induced NHLF were treated with SFM ± TGF-β (10ng/ml) for 24h. RNA was isolated and prepared for RT-qPCR. All samples for each gene were run together in the same assay (in duplicate) and expressed relative to non-senescent control = 1.0. Results presented are from two separate experiments and separated by a comma.
