The reduced peak intensity demonstrates DOX loading in CA and Fe-CNB CA matrix. (B) represents the release of DOX-CA, and DOX-Fe-CNB CA at 5.4 and 7.4 pH. DOX-CA does not exhibit pH responsive behavior, while DOX-Fe-CNB CA depicts the pH responsive nature due to the addition of nano Fe-CNB and the controlled release of DOX is achieved at the end of 2 days.
