Spectral deconvolution of biological glycolipid mixtures into single isomers. IR spectra of biological mixtures from α-galactosidase (1) and α-glucosidase (2) knockout mice were deconvoluted to identify contributing isomers. IR spectra of the synthetic isomers α- and β-Glc and GalCer are required for isomer assignment.
