IHC stain showed tumor positive for prostate markers PSA and PSMA, and negative for urothelial markers GATA-3, Uroplakin, and CK903. Neuroendocrine marker synaptophysin showed weak positive staining, considered as nonspecific and may be seen in adenocarcinomas.
