Figure 9. — Case no. 2. (2019): Microscopic examination of bladder tumor with patterns (hematoxylin-eosin, original magnifications 40× [A]) showed 2 components of pathology; one was high-grade adenocarcinoma and the other one was neuroendocrine component of urinary bladder tumor, high grade, involving the muscular propria. Neuroendocrine component was positive for synaptophysin and another was adenocarcinoma, positive for PSAP indicating prostate origin.
