The cells were stained with mouse monoclonal anti-SIRT1. Green color indicated SIRT1 immunostaining [using Alexa 488 (green)-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG], and blue DAPI counter-staining was used to show nuclei. Scale bar = 10 μm.
