Figure S5. Increased activation of conventional dendritic cells in the TdLN of radioimmunogenic Moc1 tumors after radiation therapy.

Figure S5.

(A) Experiment design: Moc1 or Moc2 tumors were established in Kaede mice. When tumors reached an average of 5–6 mm average diameter, they were photoconverted and then treated with ±12-Gy CT-guided radiation therapy, and the TdLN was harvested for analysis by flow cytometry at indicated timepoints. (B) (i) The absolute number of Kaede-red+ CD103+ DC/dLN and (ii) frequency of CD40+ CD80+ within converted CD103+ DCs for NT (gray) or RT (white) groups. (C) (i) The absolute number of Kaede-red+ CD11b+ DC/dLN and (ii) frequency of CD40+ CD80+ within converted CD103+ DCs for NT (gray) or RT (white) groups. Data represent the mean ± SEM of each group. Results shown are representative of two independent experiments with n = 4–5 animals/group. *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01.
