(A) Experiment design: Moc1 or Moc2 tumors were established in Kaede mice. When tumors reached an average of 5–6 mm average diameter, they were photoconverted and then treated with ±12-Gy CT-guided radiation therapy, and the TdLN was harvested for analysis by flow cytometry at indicated timepoints.
