Figure S7. scRNAseq comparing untreated to radiation-treated conventional dendritic cells (cDCs) in both radioimmunogenic and poorly radioimmunogenic tumors.

Figure S7.

(A) The number of cDCs (identified in Fig 4D) in each tumor type and treatment group that were used for downstream comparisons. (B) cDCs from differently treated tumors or from different tumors were compared using differential expression. (i) The data were plotted using a volcano plot. Each dot represents an individual gene, with the color indicating genes that are significantly increased in cDCs (red), significantly decreased in cDCs (blue), and not significant (gray). Genes were considered significant with BH-adjusted P-value < 0.1 and log2 fold change > 0.58. (ii) Table with the number of significantly increased or decreased number of DGE for each listed comparison calculated in (Ai). (iii) Venn diagram illustrating the numbered of shared genes that were up-regulated for each DGE comparison listed in the table in (Aii). (C) The expression of 15 shared genes that were identified in Biii were represented on heatmap for each tumor type ±RT. Data represent the Z-score of the average expression for each gene scaled across each column.
