The process of printing into an agarose support bath
(A) Needle tip is calibrated to sit submerged in the agarose support bath.
(B) The finished bioprinted construct should have distinct fibers and hold its shape.
(C) When crosslinking, the needle should circle the construct as close as possible without compromising the shape of the print.
(D) The fully crosslinked construct should hold its shape outside of the support bath and the individual fibers should be clearly visible.
