Enteropathogen detection in clinically positive and negative samples by a custom enteropathogen TAC. Human stool samples from a previous study [20] were clinically determined positive or negative for enteropathogens using the AusDiagnostics Faecal Pathogen M panel. The 16S rRNA and 18S rRNA controls on the TAC were positive for all samples. Pathogens congruent with the AusDiagnostics result are bolded.
