Ti implant (1.5 mm × 10 mm) was implanted into the femoral condyle, and then, Ti particles were injected into the tissue around the implant. After that, forsythiaside or PBS was injected every alternate day for 14 days. At the end, all mice were sacrificed, and the femurs were excised.
