Cells were incubated with HKCa (108/mL) for 12 hours, and then, gene expression profiling was performed using a cDNA microarray. Upper circles show genes including DEFB118 in cells exposed to HKCA that were up-regulated more than eight-fold as compared to non-treated cells.
