The category ‘Biopsy after inconclusive results from a bone scintigraphy and/or monoclonal protein test’ consists of diagnostic pathways suggesting one or more of the following to diagnose ATTRwt CM: (i) bone scintigraphy grade 2–3, positive monoclonal protein test, and biopsy; (ii) bone scintigraphy grade 0/1, positive monoclonal protein test, and biopsy; and (iii) bone scintigraphy grade 0/1, negative monoclonal protein test, and biopsy.
