Plasma cytokines in INRs in vivo were consistent with B. fungorum and S. marcescens-induced cytokines in vitro. (A) The extracted LPS from B. fungorum, S. marcescens, and P. myrsinacearum were used to stimulate peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from healthy subjects; LPS from E. coli 055:B5 was chosen as a positive control.
