The graphs were generated by varying ${\beta }_{\mathrm{m}}$ while fixing all other parameters at their default values. The estimated values of ${\mathcal{R}}_0$ (listed in table 2) are associated with ${\beta }_{\mathrm{m}}/{\beta }_{\mathrm{s}}=1/2$ (the default ratio listed in table 3).
