TSN does not inhibit the autophagosome-lysosome fusion process. (A) HeLa and A549 cells stably expressing mRFP-GFP-LC3 were treated with Torin1 200 nM, CQ 30 μM, TSN 1 μM for 12 h, followed by immunostaining of LAMP1, and LSCM was applied to capture the fluorescent images (scale bar = 10 μm). The colocalization of GFP-, RFP- and LAMP1- puncta in cells was analyzed (n≥30, 3 biological repeats).
