^aHepG-2 cells cultured in the presence of 30 μM of cisplatin, carboplatin, oxaliplatin, complex 1a or 1b for 48 hours at 37 °C (DMF final concentration < 0.4%). Then the cells were harvested by centrifugation and incubated with JC-1 solution for 30 min. After briefly washing, the proportions of red and green fluorescence intensity were immediately detected and analyzed by flow cytometry (Ex = 488 nm; Em = 530 nm).
