Cell growth of either wild-type (triangles) or resistant (circles) Leishmania lines was determined under the conditions described in the legend to Fig. 1, after incubation with different concentrations of the ALP miltefosine (A) and edelfosine (B) and in the presence (solid symbols) or absence (open symbols) of 10 μM sesquiterpene C-3.
