Relative expression of MALAT1 was detected by qRT-PCR in (A) BC tissues and adjacent normal breast tissues; (b) normal breast epithelial cell line (MCF-10A) and BC cell lines (MCF-7, SK-BR-3, MDA-MB-468, MDA-MB-231, T-47D and MDA-MB-453).
