RA signaling is necessary for normal Wnt/PCP activity. Embryos were injected with the ATF2-based non-canonical Wnt signaling reporter plasmid and subjected to DEAB or RA treatments, or co-injected with mRNA encoding dominant-negative Frizzled 7 or CYP26A1.
