Effects of NR4A1 on the protein levels of Smad2/3/4, Smad 7, and ZEB. Protein levels of Smad2/3/4 and ZEB in the acetaldehyde group were upregulated, while that of Smad 7 was downregulated. The expression of these proteins was reversed in the NR4A1 activation group.
