Characterization of the alleles of bcm1 and bcm2. A, Structures of the bcm1 and bcm2 alleles. bcm2-3, bcm2-4, and bcm2-5 were generated using the CRISPR-Cas9 system. bcm2-3 and bcm2-4 were obtained using gRNA1 in the second exon, while bcm2-5 was obtained using gRNA2 in the fifth exon. Triangles indicate the T-DNA insertions. B, bcm1-2, bcm2-3, and bcm1-2 bcm2-3 plants were grown for 20 days under long-day conditions at 22°C. Scale bar: 1 cm.
