Intraperitoneal injection of DFMSCs significantly increased the ratio of CD19+IgD+CD27+ naïve B lymphocytes in Group 3a compared to Group 2 (p<0.05). CD19+IgD-CD38+CD27+ plasma cell ratio was significantly high in Group 2 compared to Group 1 (p<0.01). Intraperitoneal injection of DFMSCs significantly decreased the ratio of CD19+IgD-CD38+CD27+ plasma cells in Group 3a compared to Group 2 (p<0.05). Submandibular and lacrimal injections of DFMSCs did not significantly change CD19+IgD+CD27+ and CD19+IgD-CD38+CD27+ cell ratio in Group 3b and Group 3c when compared with Group 2 (p>0.05).
