Fig 7 — Quantum dot 655 (Qdot-655) labeled cells were analyzed with a fluorescence microscope in the glandular tissues of the SS murine model on the 7^th and 28^th days after intraperitoneal, and local injections of DFMSCs. Qdot labeled DFMSCs were located in submandibular and lacrimal glands within 7 days when injected locally. Intraperitoneally injected DFMSCs migrated preferentially to submandibular glands in the first 7 days and localized as foci in the exocrine gland for up to 28 days.
