Whole eyes were isolated and cryo-sectioned into sagittally oriented longitudinal cross-sections. HA-Rpl22 reporter colocalization with the Müller cell–specific marker GS was evaluated in retinal cross-sections by immunofluorescence. Hoechst was used to visualize nuclei.
