Schizophrenia (SZ) and bipolar I disorder with psychotic features (BPp) groups demonstrated larger brain-age gaps than healthy controls (Ctrl). There were no differences in brain-age gap between the forms of psychotic disorders. Relatives (Rel) had smaller brain-age gaps than SZ; relatives did not differ from BPp, schizoaffective (SZA), or controls. Sample size for SZA is small and interpretation requires caution.
