RAW264.7 cells transfected with a NFATc1 or NF-κB luciferase construct were pretreated with different doses of CytoZ11 (0, 2.5, 7.5 μM) for 1 hour, followed by stimulation with RANKL (50 ng ml−1) for 24 hours or 8 hours; respectively. Luciferase reporter assay was performed to evaluate the transcriptional activity of (A) NF-κB and (B) NFATc1 (n = 3). **p < 0.01 relative to RANKL-induced control group.
